Description:

  • n8n is seeking a Support Engineering Lead to ensure top-notch support for users of their workflow automation platform.
  • The role involves setting high standards for customer satisfaction, developing expertise in low code technology, building and leading a team, and crafting a support strategy.
  • Initially, the position will involve approximately 50-60% hands-on support for both community and enterprise users.

Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in managing a small technical support or engineering team.
  • Should have a strong interest in automation and a proven track record of implementing efficient processes.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Javascript and Docker is necessary, with Kubernetes experience considered a bonus.
  • Candidates should be curious, have a growth mindset, and enjoy learning new technologies.
  • Being humble, kind, and open to feedback are essential qualities for this role.
