Description:

Machinify is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst for pre and/or post pay data mining to build new algorithms for customers.
The role involves assisting in concept ideation, product testing, quality enhancements, and related tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in healthcare claims analysis, claims processing, and coding, along with a strong understanding of payment guidelines for CMS, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
Responsibilities include developing new healthcare data analytic concepts, collaborating with various teams, delivering query analysis requests, designing dashboards, and performing data quality checks.
The analyst will act as a liaison between the healthcare SME team and data science and engineering teams and may have additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare data and data analytics.
The ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements and functional code is essential.
Proven experience in SQL or associated languages such as R, Python, HIVE, or Databricks is required.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI is necessary.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate via email, Slack, Teams, and Zoom.
Candidates should demonstrate complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess investigative and deductive reasoning skills, and be proficient in enterprise productivity tools.
Flexibility in dealing with change and the ability to receive constructive feedback while maintaining a positive attitude is required.
