The role involves solving interesting healthcare data problems, including performing data analysis to propose target patient cohorts and developing visualizations to demonstrate program ROI.
Responsibilities include partnering with customer data teams for data ingestion, creating and validating data transformations, assisting with internal analyses, and generating Quarterly Business Review reports.
The position requires collaboration with sales, customer success, product leaders, data engineers, and senior leaders to support customer engagement and acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience working with healthcare products and data, specifically with claims data, patient data, and other health-related datasets.
A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a healthcare data analyst or healthcare data engineer is required.
Proficiency in writing clean and maintainable SQL, Python, and shell scripts for automation, analysis, and ETL is essential.
Candidates should be proficient in executing and maintaining dbt tools and analyzing database schemas and data dictionaries.
Knowledge of Redshift, BigQuery, and other data warehouse infrastructure is necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in customer, internal, and leadership contexts are required.
Candidates must have a high comfort level in operating autonomously and delivering independently in a team environment.
An understanding of business processes, ROI, cost analyses, and financial modeling is expected.
Ideal candidates should have experience with Jupyter, Spark, Apache Airflow, Glue, Fivetran, Great Expectations, Metaplane, and data security in the healthcare industry.
