The ideal candidate will have experience working with Secure Sockets Layer (SSLs), data conversion, and implementation support.
A background in HRIT and payroll data is highly preferred.

Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting payroll and HR data to support business decisions.
The candidate will work with SSLs to ensure secure data transmissions and integrations.
They will manage and execute data conversion processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
The role involves providing implementation support for payroll system upgrades, migrations, or new deployments.
Collaboration with HRIT teams to optimize payroll-related data workflows is essential.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field is required.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably within a payroll or HRIT environment, is necessary.
Strong knowledge of SSLs and data security protocols is essential.
Experience with data conversion and system implementation support is required.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is necessary.
Hands-on experience with HR and payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar platforms is required.
