Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) to lead enterprise-wide implementations.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP architecture, solution design, and business process optimization across multiple industries.
• The role involves architecting, designing, and overseeing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions for enterprise clients.
• The Solution Architect will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to define and implement scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Responsibilities include leading business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution design for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• The candidate will provide expert-level configuration and deployment across Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash & Bank modules.
• The role requires guiding organizations through data migration strategies, including transitioning from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
• Conducting UAT, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and system training for key users is also part of the responsibilities.
• The Solution Architect will support post-go-live activities and ensure system stabilization and performance optimization.
• Staying updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, trends, and best practices to maximize solution effectiveness is essential.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have 12+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of ERP design, implementation, and optimization is required.
• Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Operations is necessary.
• Hands-on experience in data migration, system integration, and performance tuning is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
• The ability to lead and mentor technical teams is essential.
• Preferred certifications include TOGAF 9 Combined Part 1 & Part 2, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Trade and Logistics, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Trade and Logistics.
