Description:

• The main mission of the IA Technical Lead is to technically lead the design and construction of analytical assets and machine learning algorithms aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Responsibilities include developing machine learning algorithms and analytical assets focused on optimizing processes for the client's Computational Operations management.
• The role requires mobilizing necessary areas of the bank for the correct technical and business evaluation of machine learning and advanced analytics solutions.
• The IA Technical Lead will provide technical expertise in artificial intelligence for the client.
• This position is responsible for the technical aspects of assigned initiatives related to the construction and implementation of software components associated with artificial intelligence.
• The role also involves evaluating third-party solutions that utilize artificial intelligence or advanced analytics.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have experience leading or participating in technology projects that include artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, or similar fields.
• A solid understanding of the frameworks, libraries, and methodologies applicable in the development of artificial intelligence algorithms is required.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics to support decision-making is essential.
• Candidates should be aware of technological trends both locally and globally.
• Advanced knowledge in programming AI models is necessary.
• Technical requirements include knowledge of the Anaconda environment focused on Python (R will not be used).
• Basic SQL knowledge is required (a Big Data profile is not necessary).
• Familiarity with specific Python libraries for machine learning (such as sklearn, Pytorch, Numpy, SciPy, Pandas, Tensorflow, Keras, Spacy, etc.) is needed, along with the ability to critically evaluate these trends.
