Description:

• Stedi is building the world’s only API-first healthcare clearinghouse, enabling healthcare technology businesses to exchange transactions with payers using modern API interfaces.
• The company aims to increase the number of direct payer integrations by 100x over the next 12 months, which involves complex processes including legal agreements, technical implementation, and relationship building.
• The Implementation Engineer will be the primary technical owner for all integrations built directly with payers and other clearinghouses.
• The role requires leading the technical integration and implementation process with hundreds of payers and establishing a payer implementation playbook.
• Responsibilities include creating and maintaining organized documentation of new payer integrations, tracking implementation progress, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful integrations.
• The position is remote in the USA and is a full-time employment opportunity.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have ample experience integrating with APIs, specifically with REST/SOAP APIs, and hands-on experience building integrations to backend systems and applications.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open threads simultaneously are required; candidates should be hyper-responsive and thorough.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in technical support, implementation, onboarding, or solutions engineering, is necessary.
• A systems mindset is essential, allowing candidates to identify gaps during implementations and communicate effectively with both the network operations and engineering teams.
• Candidates should be resourceful, self-motivating, and self-disciplined, demonstrating a proactive approach to getting the job done without waiting for direction.
• The ability to move quickly and respond with urgency to both external and internal stakeholders is crucial.
