Description:
Employment Hero is seeking a Team Lead for their HR & Payroll Implementations team.
This role involves supporting, mentoring, and driving excellence within the team while managing a portfolio of clients.
The Team Lead will combine delivery responsibilities with team leadership in a player-coach capacity.
Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring Implementation Consultants, acting as a point of escalation for complex client scenarios, and managing implementation projects.
The role requires designing, developing, and delivering Payroll and HR implementation content based on best practices.
The Team Lead will educate clients on effectively using the Employment Hero platform and troubleshoot issues during the setup process.
Collaboration with other CX teams is essential to ensure seamless handovers post-implementation.
The position also involves driving process improvements, monitoring team performance, and supporting new starters to maintain high onboarding standards.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in client-facing training, HR/payroll implementation, or onboarding, with at least 1-2 years in a mentoring or team leadership role.
A strong understanding of UK legislative payroll requirements is necessary.
Experience in designing and delivering training content, including virtual workshops, is required.
A collaborative and pragmatic leadership approach is essential, with a focus on helping others succeed.
Excellent organizational and communication skills are mandatory.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously is required.
Experience in improving processes and delivering operational efficiencies is necessary.
Confidence in using project management systems, time tracking, and CRMs to ensure data integrity is essential.
