Description:

Financial Technology Partners (FT Partners) is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join their frontend team, working fully remotely from Gurgaon or New Delhi.
The role involves enhancing an internal web application that functions as a comprehensive CRM, project management tool, and suite of operational software.
Candidates must have solid expertise in TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS, along with a baseline product and design sense to develop features from wireframes and business requirements.
Code quality is emphasized, with a focus on efficient, consistent, and highly readable code.
Responsibilities include gaining an in-depth understanding of the React + Vite codebase, developing new sections and components, writing unit and integration tests, managing dependencies, collaborating with backend engineering, participating in team activities, and writing clear, well-documented code.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a web application environment, including APIs, SPAs, CI/CD, Cloud infrastructure, and Git.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience with React/Redux is required.
Ideal candidates should be collaborative, open to asking questions, eager to adopt new standards, cautious of adding unnecessary complexity, and committed to stability through test coverage and thorough documentation.
Nice to have: startup experience or flexibility in handling multiple responsibilities, and familiarity with backend principles, although the focus is on frontend development.
