Description:

CoreBridge Solutions is seeking a part-time Information Architect for B2C web experiences, fully remote and open to applicants based in Asia only.
The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time.
The role involves planning and organizing web content to ensure a frictionless experience for everyday consumers.
Responsibilities include developing user-centered content architecture, collaborating with designers and developers, and implementing content strategies in a headless CMS.
The position requires adapting information architecture principles for B2C service businesses and ensuring content meets user expectations.
Key tasks include conducting user research, integrating SEO best practices, and accommodating multilingual site sections when necessary.
The role also emphasizes continuous improvement through audits and user feedback to enhance satisfaction and conversion rates.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Architecture or a related UX/content strategy discipline, particularly for B2C web experiences.
Familiarity with consumer psychology and user behavior in a B2C context is essential.
Proficiency in creating sitemaps, wireframes, and user journey maps, along with basic UX research skills.
Ability to collaborate with development teams on content modeling and workflows within a CMS environment; experience with headless CMS is a plus.
Basic understanding of on-page SEO and site structure, with a willingness to work with SEO specialists.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify content gaps and propose structural changes.
Excellent communication skills to present complex IA concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members.
