Description:

The Information Security Engineer will work closely with the CTO and Head of Security to implement and maintain security policies.
This role involves managing and maintaining security certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC2.
The engineer will conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
Ensuring compliance with GDPR, AI Act, and other industry regulations is a key responsibility.
The position requires handling customer security requests, questions, and forms.
The engineer will oversee access rights management, onboarding, and offboarding security processes.
Collaboration with sales, HR, and tech teams to align security and compliance efforts is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in security/compliance roles within a scale-up or Series A environment.
A technical/engineering background is required, with an understanding of security concepts, architectures, and integrations.
A deep understanding of security frameworks and experience in advancing and maintaining security certifications including ISO 27001:2022, NIS2, SOC2, GDPR, and AI Act is necessary.
Hands-on experience in compliance management, risk assessments, and audits is required.
Familiarity with rights management, onboarding, and offboarding security processes is essential.
