As an Infra/DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the foundation that supports our entire tech stack.
This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and scale the infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency as we grow.
You will architect the infrastructure by designing and implementing the core systems that power our platform, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
You will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, testing, and monitoring for rapid and reliable delivery of new features.
You will implement security best practices and compliance measures to protect our data and infrastructure from potential threats.
You will set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and operational issues.
You will plan and execute strategies to scale our infrastructure in line with user growth, ensuring optimal performance under increasing load.
You will collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure that the infrastructure supports their needs and integrates seamlessly with the application stack.
You will establish and maintain infrastructure best practices, mentor junior team members, and lead technical discussions as the team grows.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or a related role, with a proven track record of building and scaling cloud infrastructure.
You should possess deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing services at scale.
Strong skills in infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) are required.
You must have experience implementing security best practices, including managing firewalls, encryption, and identity and access management (IAM).
Proficiency in setting up and managing monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar is essential.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security in a startup environment are necessary.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are required, with the ability to work closely with developers and other stakeholders.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with the ability to pivot as needed.
