Remote Intermediate Backend Developer

Description:

• Perion is a global advertising technology company delivering solutions to brands and publishers worldwide across various platforms.
• Hivestack is a rapidly growing digital Out of Home (OOH) ad tech platform with a global presence and an international team.
• The company is seeking talented Backend Developers to work on the Hivestack platform, which includes a Supply Side Platform (SSP), Demand Side Platform (DSP), and an ad exchange.
• As a Backend Developer, you will work on Python and Golang microservices to add new functionalities and enhance overall performance.
• Responsibilities include developing new features, refactoring existing features, collaborating with team members, researching solutions, reviewing pull-requests, and troubleshooting production issues.
• The technology stack includes Front-End technologies like Javascript with VueJS, Back-End technologies like Python 3.8 with aiohttp and Golang 1.15 with gin, various databases, test frameworks, DevOps tools, and cloud services.
• Qualifications include at least 3 years of experience with Python and Go, experience with API design and microservices, familiarity with relational databases and SQL, good computer science fundamentals, and a degree in Computer Science or related field.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Python and Go.
• Experience in designing APIs and working with microservices.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
