Employment Hero is seeking an Intermediate Backend Software Engineer to join their ambitious team dedicated to simplifying employment processes.
The role involves developing and maintaining both frontend and backend components of web applications using Ruby and ReactJS.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in Software Development, focusing on Server-side and RESTful API Development.
Proficiency in the Ruby programming language is preferred, but proficiency in other OOP languages is acceptable if willing to learn Ruby.
Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming, experience in full-stack web technologies, and translating design wireframes into functioning UI components are required.
Familiarity with standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, Agile methodology, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
English language proficiency, both written and verbal, is necessary for collaborating with a global team.
