Develop and implement new features and functionality for WordPress websites.
Maintain and update WordPress sites, including routine updates, plugin management, and bug fixes.
Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring speed, functionality, and a seamless user experience.
Participate in testing activities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the team on project tasks, ensuring visibility and alignment with goals and deadlines.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address feedback.
Keep up with trends in WordPress, PHP, and frontend development to continuously improve your skills.

Requirements:

You must have 3+ years of experience in CMS development, specifically with WordPress.
You should have 3+ years of commercial PHP development experience, particularly with PHP7.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with HTML5/CSS3 and at least 2 years with JavaScript is required.
You need to have 1+ year of SQL experience with strong knowledge of MySQL and database management.
Proficiency with Git and GitFlow is necessary.
An intermediate+ English level is required for effective communication.
You should demonstrate proactivity, motivation, and a result-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction are essential.
You must possess discipline, patience, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
The ability to manage tasks independently while ensuring clear visibility for the team is important.
Experience with Gutenberg blocks and Elementor is desirable.
Familiarity with key WordPress plugins and practices, such as cache, security, and e-commerce, is a plus.
