We are seeking an experienced and motivated CMS Developer with strong PHP and WordPress skills to join our team.
The position is remote and available for candidates located in Brazil, Argentina, or Colombia.
You will collaborate with a leading full-service website management agency that provides tailored solutions for website maintenance and development.
Your primary responsibilities will include building, enhancing, and maintaining WordPress websites for U.S.-based clients, ensuring seamless performance and functionality.
You will gain hands-on experience managing and optimizing over 60 WordPress websites in a shared hosting environment.
The role involves developing and implementing new features, maintaining and updating WordPress sites, monitoring website performance, and collaborating with the team and clients.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in CMS development, specifically with WordPress.
At least 3 years of commercial PHP development experience, particularly with PHP7.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with HTML5/CSS3 and at least 2 years with JavaScript.
At least 1 year of SQL experience with strong knowledge of MySQL and database management.
Proficiency with Git and GitFlow is required.
An intermediate+ level of English is necessary for effective communication.
Candidates should demonstrate proactivity, motivation, and a result-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills are essential for team collaboration and client interaction.
Candidates must possess discipline, patience, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
The ability to manage tasks independently while ensuring clear visibility for the team is required.
Desirable skills include experience with Gutenberg blocks and Elementor, as well as familiarity with key WordPress plugins and practices related to cache, security, and e-commerce.
