Remote Intermediate DevOps Engineer (AWS) - OP01415

Description:

• Join a dynamic team building new POS applications for Point of Sale (POS) systems, focusing on Ingenico products
• Work with a modern tech stack including AWS, AWS SAM, C/C++, Flutter, Kotlin, etc.
• Gain specialized expertise in POS systems, payment industry standards, and technologies
• Drive the migration of existing self-hosted services and infrastructure to AWS
• Contribute to the development of the client’s VAS cloud product for seamless integration of payment systems
• Support the team in creating a custom development platform for users to build and deploy services
• Help develop emulators for the platform for testing new services
• Collaborate with the Services team and stakeholders on various projects

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS
• Proficiency in using IaC tools like AWS CDK or Terraform
• Strong understanding of AWS networking, including VPCs and VPC Peering
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS EKS
• Knowledge of deploying containerized applications with AWS ECS
• Familiarity with deployment strategies like canary and blue/green deployments
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Intermediate+ English level
• Desirable: Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
