The developer will contribute to enhancing financial tools, transforming existing features, and building new features for Packages and Memberships.
The position requires collaboration with a team of 4+ developers in an agile environment, working alongside PMs, Designers, and Staff Developers.
The developer will own the full development lifecycle, from refining requirements to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience with Ruby on Rails or other programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Go.
Applicants must be seasoned engineers with experience on teams of 4 or more developers.
A strong background in backend development is required, along with familiarity in frontend paradigms.
Experience working on large, complex systems while maintaining performance and quality is essential.
Clear communication skills are necessary to translate technical challenges for non-developers.

The role offers a minimum annual salary of $95,100 and a maximum of $142,600, with a starting salary of $112,900 for fully accomplished candidates.
