Join Jane's mission to simplify the lives of healthcare practitioners and patients as an Intermediate Full Stack Software Developer in the Data Enablement and Management team.
This remote-first position allows you to work from anywhere in Canada or the US.
Contribute to enhancing data collection, management, and utilization strategies within the organization.
Play a key role in addressing gaps in the data access layer and providing innovative solutions to manage increasing data volumes.
Work primarily with Ruby on Rails on the backend, while also utilizing React, Typescript, and bundling tools like Webpack and ESBuild on the frontend.
Collaborate with various teams to influence data strategy and product development, ultimately improving efficiency and decision-making in healthcare practices.

Requirements:

Experience with Ruby on Rails is preferred, but applicants with experience in Java, C#, Python, or Go are also encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Sentry and Datadog is required.
Bonus experience includes working with monoliths, SQL knowledge (Postgres), distributed systems, and data engineering.
A passion for transforming data management practices and a resourceful approach to problem-solving are essential.
Ability to adapt to a growing and dynamic work environment while maintaining a collaborative and flexible mindset.

Competitive salary range from $95,100 to $142,600, with a starting salary of $112,900 for fully accomplished candidates.
