Requirements:

Candidates must have demonstrated ability in full stack development and an understanding of software development methodologies.
Previous experience with identity and access management is considered an asset.
Hands-on coding experience is required, preferably with Ruby on Rails, but experience in other OOP languages (Java, C#, Python, etc.) is also welcome.
Good knowledge of AWS primitives, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Experience in agile environments or with incremental delivery of value to customers is required.
A passion for collaborative development, including mobbing or pair programming, is necessary.
Candidates should have experience working through ambiguous problems.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability patterns is preferred.

The role offers a minimum annual salary of $95,100 and a maximum of $142,600, with a starting salary of $112,900 for fully accomplished candidates.
