Remote Intermediate Mobile Software Engineer (React Native)

Description:

• Employment Hero is seeking an Intermediate Mobile Software Engineer specializing in React Native to join their ambitious team dedicated to simplifying employment processes and enhancing value for all users.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new product features, collaborating with colleagues in design, product, and engineering, and writing automated tests for production codes.

• Responsibilities include participating in sprint planning, developing frontend code, ensuring high-quality code through testing and reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enhancing legacy features for the HR tech platform.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in Frontend Software Development, with expertise in CI/CD, web application performance tuning, ReactJS/Redux applications, and a strong understanding of Javascript/Typescript.
• Proficiency in English communication, demonstrated experience in full-stack web technologies, knowledge of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology are required.
• A team player with adaptability, a passion for learning and sharing knowledge, and experience translating design wireframes into functioning UI components.
• Additional experience with React Native, fintech, payment processing, consumer finance, financial system security, cloud SaaS products, or banking systems integration is beneficial but not essential.
