Remote Intermediate Software Developer (Fully Remote)

• Webafrica, a top ISP in the country, is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer who is innovative, edgy, and thrives on constant improvement.
• The developer will work on new and exciting projects, turning code into functional art.
• This position is fully remote, allowing the developer to work from anywhere.
• Responsibilities include providing 3rd level support, analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting defects, and managing project priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Must love working in a team and have strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and coach.
• Requires a Computer Science degree or Diploma and 2-3 years of .NET experience (full stack).
• Must be proficient in agile software development, Scrum methodology, relational databases (MSSQL & MySQL), API design, and OOP design.
• Knowledge of web technologies, SOA patterns, PHP, and source code repositories is essential.
• Ability to provide creative ideas for new developments, accurate technical documentation, and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Must be self-motivated, willing to learn, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
