Employment Hero is seeking an Intermediate Software Engineer to join their team in Vietnam.

As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for building and deploying innovative features that enhance customer experiences.
You will work on various components of the Employment Operating System, including an AI hiring tool and an automated payroll solution.
Your role will involve driving your squad to develop critical features, collaborating with designers and product managers, writing automated tests, maintaining web application components, conducting testing and code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have over 4 years of experience in Software Development, particularly in Server-side and RESTful API Development and integration.
Proficiency in OOP languages such as Python, Java, or PHP is highly desirable, with a willingness to learn Ruby.
Demonstrated experience in implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies is required.
Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and a solid understanding of Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology are essential.
Candidates should be team players who prioritize colleagues and possess a highly adaptable work approach.
A passion for learning and sharing knowledge, along with experience in mentoring or leading an Engineering squad, is important.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is necessary for collaboration with global teams.
