Description:

- The Intermediate Software Engineer will join a cross-functional team to build and maintain the workplace analytics platform.
- Responsibilities include implementing features, integrating with workplace tools, debugging production issues, and participating in architectural discussions.
- The role involves applying AI technologies to workplace data and working with emerging technologies to enhance products.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required.
- Candidates should have 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in C# and experience with the .NET framework is necessary.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React is required.
- Knowledge of backend development and RESTful API design is essential.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
- Experience with relational databases, version control systems, and CI/CD is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Benefits:
- The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 NZD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
