Description:
Join a leading payment processing solution provider, working with a diverse tech stack including SQL Server, .NET, React.js, TypeScript, and Entity Framework.
Collaborate with a global team of professionals from Latin America, Europe, and the U.S. in a supportive work environment.
Deliver crucial backend support, manage customer transitions, resolve technical issues efficiently, and handle inquiries on transaction status clarification.
Assist with customer onboarding and offboarding, clarify and resolve database-related requests, and maintain technical documentation.
Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders, providing clear updates.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in industries with high transaction processing levels.
Profound knowledge of .NET and C#, with experience in .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
Good understanding of OOP principles, experience designing and building n-tier enterprise applications, and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience with T-SQL queries, Git, and intermediate+ English level.
Stress resistance, adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to assist people with patience and positivity.
Desirable: Experience with frontend technologies (React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript), developing responsive Web UIs using Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS, and background in support roles.
