Remote Intermediate/Senior Software Engineer (Angular, .NET)

Description:

We invite a talented and proactive Software Engineer with strong .NET skills and frontend development experience using Angular to join our team for an exciting short-term project.
In this role, you’ll work with a leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses.
You’ll help integrate their Payroll system and POS software, ensuring top-notch functionality, performance, and reliability.
You will contribute to the successful integration of the client’s Payroll HCM system with restaurant POS APIs, ensuring top-notch performance, reliability, and seamless data flow.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining backend services using .NET, building and supporting frontend features with Angular, integrating and managing APIs to connect Payroll and POS systems, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to define technical requirements, writing unit tests, troubleshooting bugs, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

You must have 5+ years of backend development experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework.
Proven expertise in API integration is required.
Hands-on experience with Angular for frontend development is necessary.
Practical knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms is expected.
Strong experience with unit testing is essential.
An upper-intermediate English level is required.
You should possess effective communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are necessary.
Adaptability, autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability are important traits for this role.
