Description:

We are seeking a talented and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP skills and frontend development experience using any JavaScript framework (Angular, React.js) for a short-term project.
The role involves working with a leading payment processing solution provider that serves over 275,000 U.S. businesses.
You will help integrate their Payroll system and POS software, ensuring top-notch functionality, performance, and reliability.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend services using PHP (Laravel), building and supporting frontend features with Angular, and integrating and managing APIs to connect Payroll and POS systems.
You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define technical requirements, write unit tests, troubleshoot bugs, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with backend development using PHP.
Strong proficiency in modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony is required.
Proven expertise in API integration is essential.
Familiarity with frontend JavaScript frameworks, particularly Angular and React.js, is necessary.
Strong experience with unit testing is required.
Effective communication and collaboration skills are a must.
Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
An upper-intermediate level of English is required.
Adaptability, autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability are important traits for this role.
