Remote Intermediate/Senior Software Engineer (Clojure)

Work with a modern tech stack including Clojure, LLMs, NLP, Python, Kubernetes, etc.
Collaborate with the Order Fulfillment team to build systems translating visual menus into voice menus and interfaces for AI verification.
Solve ambiguous problems, balance customer needs with technical design, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Design, build, and maintain fulfillment-related APIs for large-scale systems.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on cross-functional projects.

7+ years of software engineering experience or a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
Strong Clojure/ClosureScript skills or a willingness to learn quickly.
Front-end experience, preferably with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js.
Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, Go, or C#.
Familiarity with JVM, Kubernetes, LLMs, and NLP.
Experience designing reusable services and systems.
Solid API design skills and knowledge of Swagger, Postman, JSON, REST, OpenAPI, etc.
Upper-Intermediate English level or above.
Growth mindset, openness to feedback, keen interest in functional programming.
Desirable: Experience with GCP, Terraform, cloud service providers, IaC tools, and working directly with customers.
