Description:

• Join Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourcing software development company that has been delivering exceptional software experiences to clients since 2011.
• We are looking for a talented, adaptable, and proactive Software Engineer with strong Node.js expertise to contribute to a project focused on transforming payment management within the European automotive industry.
• You will help build new functionality for our advanced digital payments management platform, making payment processes more efficient and automated for users.
• In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable Node.js applications.
• You will collaborate with the team to define project requirements and develop and maintain APIs and microservices for seamless integration.
• You will set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
• You will contribute to the team’s testing and review efforts to ensure high-quality code.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance overall platform performance and security.

Requirements:

• You must have 3+ years of software development experience with strong Node.js expertise.
• A solid knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals with some hands-on experience is required.
• Familiarity with microservices and APIs, including a basic understanding of message queues, is necessary.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, is essential.
• Proficiency in Git for version control is required.
• Extensive experience setting up, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
• An upper-intermediate+ English level is required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
• You must demonstrate a commitment to quality, adaptability to change, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Desirable qualifications include fintech domain knowledge and experience, as well as knowledge of cloud services.
