Remote Intern Cloud Engineer

Description:

• Learn modern infrastructure and application management practices in a cloud-based environment
• Join as a Junior Cloud Engineer after successful completion of the Internship Program
• Work closely with Mentor to follow the training plan
• Administer and support Linux operating servers
• Manage basic infrastructure security
• Maintain cloud resources and infrastructure
• Automate processes in CI/CD manner
• Build and integrate monitoring solutions and observability tools
• Troubleshoot bugs and issues throughout the application lifecycle
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project functionality
• Participate actively in team meetings and brainstorming activities
• Focus on collaboration and continuous integration as a team player

Requirements:

• Good theoretical knowledge in Linux and networking
• Understanding of code version control systems like GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
• Intermediate or better English proficiency
• Quick learner open to feedback
• Innovation mindset with a passion for learning new technology
• Proactive and collaborative with a continuous improvement mentality
• Kind and intellectually mature
• Proactive team player

Will be a plus:

• Completion of any DevOps courses and trainings
• Work experience in DevOps or Engineer role
• Experience with cloud providers
• Familiarity with any CI/CD system like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban
