Remote Internal Tools Engineer

Description:

• The Internal Tools Engineer position at Raya involves spearheading the development, optimization, and maintenance of the internal dashboards, which are crucial for the company's internal operations.
• The role includes both front-end and back-end development, allowing for involvement in the entire development lifecycle from design to deployment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software development with a strong portfolio demonstrating full-stack expertise in internal tools development, automation, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Node.js for server and web-based development, with an eagerness to learn and work with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and creatively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Openness and drive to learn new technologies and frameworks, adapting quickly to the evolving needs of the team and the company.
• Experience in developing web applications in JavaScript, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Introductory knowledge of Swift/SwiftUI and/or iOS development, understanding of DevOps principles, and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
