Description:
The Internal Tools Engineer position at Raya involves spearheading the development, optimization, and maintenance of the internal dashboards, which are crucial for the company's internal operations.
The role includes both front-end and back-end development, allowing for involvement in the entire development lifecycle from design to deployment.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in software development with a strong portfolio demonstrating full-stack expertise in internal tools development, automation, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Node.js for server and web-based development, with an eagerness to learn and work with Swift and SwiftUI.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and creatively.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Openness and drive to learn new technologies and frameworks, adapting quickly to the evolving needs of the team and the company.
Experience in developing web applications in JavaScript, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
Introductory knowledge of Swift/SwiftUI and/or iOS development, understanding of DevOps principles, and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
