Description:
Intrigma is a pioneering cloud software company transforming the U.S. healthcare landscape with an AI rule-based workforce scheduling platform.
The company specializes in automating scheduling for hospital staff and physician groups and has partnerships with major hospital systems in the USA.
The Team Lead role focuses on overseeing the development of critical features in a new .Net, Blazor-based SPA platform that has been under development for 3 years.
The Team Lead will engage in active coding and development to increase team velocity, ensuring the delivery of clean, scalable, and efficient code.
Responsibilities include leading a team of 5 full-stack engineers and a 4-person QA team, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of high-quality software development practices.
The role involves project management, working with a Scrum Master to manage timelines and priorities for the new platform's launch.
The Team Lead will address design and development challenges, set and achieve KPIs and OKRs, and produce bi-weekly progress reports.
Effective communication within the team and across departments is essential to enhance problem-solving capabilities and minimize development bottlenecks.
Collaboration with the backend team, including a Senior Architect and two Senior engineers, is necessary to coordinate efforts and remove roadblocks.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as an engineering team lead with significant hands-on coding and project management experience.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of managing development teams, including QA personnel, are required.
Proven expertise in front-end development, particularly with Blazor or similar frameworks, is essential, along with proficiency in modern front-end technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and React.
Strong problem-solving skills and a robust portfolio of front-end projects are necessary.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a proven record of leading teams through significant migrations or transitions are required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, with the ability to resolve conflicts and drive team success.
