Description:

  • Trackforce is the world's largest physical security workforce management SaaS company, serving over 3,000 clients in more than 45 countries.
  • The company is seeking a Microsoft 365 Cloud Administrator to join their IT Service Management team, supporting over 300 users across North America and Europe.
  • The role involves leading the administration, security, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment to enable secure, productive, and scalable digital operations.
  • Responsibilities include administering core M365 services such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, and Entra ID.
  • The administrator will monitor and respond to security incidents using Defender, Sentinel, and Microsoft Purview.
  • The position requires configuring and deploying devices using Intune and Autopilot, managing MDM profiles across various endpoints.
  • The role includes providing 2nd/3rd line support via a ticketing system and assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • The administrator will manage user accounts in Microsoft 365, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, and provide remote and onsite support as needed.
  • Responsibilities also include monitoring local IT and networking infrastructures, assisting with software installations, and ensuring adherence to IT security best practices and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • An Associate’s degree or certification in IT or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must hold the MS-102: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification and other relevant Microsoft certifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Office 365, Microsoft Entra, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and endpoint protection, along with an understanding of compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux (Ubuntu) is necessary, along with experience in using Intune or ManageEngine and ticketing systems like Freshservice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Candidates should have a patient, customer-focused approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Fluency in English and either Polish or French is required.
