Remote IT Cloud Services Administrator

Description:

• The IT Cloud Services Administrator will manage SaaS applications and adopt best practices in a cloud-first strategy for a distributed workforce.
• Responsibilities include building and managing automation tasks, maintaining the Microsoft 365/Entra ID environment, troubleshooting ticket incidents, and fulfilling service requests.
• The role involves automating tasks to reduce manual work and developing, managing, and updating documentation for all Employee Technology projects.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role, specifically managing and supporting Microsoft 365/Entra ID environments.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management tools such as Intune and Jamf, as well as collaboration platforms like Google Drive, Slack, and Zoom, is required.
• Experience with PowerShell and other scripting tools is necessary.
• Familiarity with security best practices and data protection across all cloud services is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Candidates should be able to think creatively and propose proactive ideas, interpret business requirements, and deliver value-added solutions in an agile manner.
• The ability to manage multiple inter-related and potentially competing priorities simultaneously is important.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing new processes and facilitating user adoption is required.
• Participation in on-call rotations to lead responses to critical incidents is expected, working collaboratively with other teams to expedite resolution.
