Description:
The IT Cloud Services Administrator will manage SaaS applications and adopt best practices in a cloud-first strategy for a distributed workforce.
Responsibilities include building and managing automation tasks, maintaining the Microsoft 365/Entra ID environment, troubleshooting ticket incidents, and fulfilling service requests.
The role involves automating tasks to reduce manual work and developing, managing, and updating documentation for all Employee Technology projects.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role, specifically managing and supporting Microsoft 365/Entra ID environments.
Knowledge of Mobile Device Management tools such as Intune and Jamf, as well as collaboration platforms like Google Drive, Slack, and Zoom, is required.
Experience with PowerShell and other scripting tools is necessary.
Familiarity with security best practices and data protection across all cloud services is essential.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Candidates should be able to think creatively and propose proactive ideas, interpret business requirements, and deliver value-added solutions in an agile manner.
The ability to manage multiple inter-related and potentially competing priorities simultaneously is important.
Proven experience in designing and implementing new processes and facilitating user adoption is required.
Participation in on-call rotations to lead responses to critical incidents is expected, working collaboratively with other teams to expedite resolution.
