Description:
Digicom Technology Solutions (DTS) is seeking a senior help desk technical lead to work remotely from home, supporting USA-based clients and the international IT team.
The company specializes in high-quality, customer-focused IT managed services for organizations in the USA.
The position involves training and mentoring support engineers, serving as an escalation point for complex IT issues, providing remote help desk support, diagnosing and solving software, hardware, and network issues, and communicating service value to clients.
The role requires following documented processes, maintaining knowledge of customer environments, and ensuring on-time and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
IT certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Citrix CCEA, CCIA, ConnectWise CCPA, LabTech LTCP, or Cisco CCNA.
6+ years of combined customer service/IT experience.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking fundamentals, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange, RDS, Windows 10, and MS Office suites.
Ability to work independently, type at least 50 words per minute, and maintain a secure and quiet work environment with reliable internet and power.
