Experience administering SaaS applications like MDM and IDP Solutions.
In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts and practices.
Developing automation workflows and integrations for repetitive tasks.
Minimum 5 years of experience in user support in a cloud-first modern IT environment.
Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Ruby is a plus.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Okta, Jumpcloud, Zapier, etc.
Experience supporting other departments with high-priority projects.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and cloud computing administration (AWS/GCP).
Strong fundamental knowledge of security best practices.
