Description:

Sightview Software LLC is seeking a highly skilled IT Security Engineer to manage the security and patching of end-user devices for a fully remote workforce.
The role requires hands-on expertise in SentinelOne and NinjaRMM, focusing on endpoint security, patch management, and remote support.
Responsibilities include deploying, configuring, and maintaining SentinelOne for endpoint protection, managing patch deployment with NinjaRMM, and monitoring security alerts.
The engineer will ensure consistent device management, provide remote IT support, and maintain documentation and reporting on security incidents and device compliance.
Collaboration with the workplace services team is essential to support users and ensure secure access to tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
The position also involves developing security policies, providing user training on security best practices, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SentinelOne Certified, or similar are preferred.
Extensive hands-on experience with SentinelOne for endpoint security and NinjaRMM for remote monitoring and patch management is required.
A strong understanding of security principles in remote work environments and experience managing a globally distributed team of end users is necessary.
Proven experience supporting Google Workspace and Slack, with a focus on integrating security protocols into these platforms is essential.
Experience managing endpoint security and patch management in both Windows and macOS environments is required.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across time zones and geographies are necessary.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences are essential.
