Remote IT Solution Engineer Global

Description:

• The IT Solution Engineer Global position involves designing secure and resilient IT services for various functions such as Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Warehouse/Procurement.
• Responsibilities include delivering services that meet or exceed business requirements and best practices, external monitoring of subject matter development, and project management of functional projects.
• The role also entails supporting the lifecycle of applications, release deployment management, validation, and testing, as well as maintaining standards and documentation for applications within the solution scope.
• The IT Solution Engineer will transition solutions to the business to maximize client benefits, contribute to improved IT service quality, and analyze and re-engineer existing business processes.
• Other duties include providing subject matter expertise for business engagement activities, cross-functional and team communication, and vendor/supplier management for new solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT solutions delivery with a degree in a related technology field preferred.
• Must have subject matter expertise across the solution scope, application configuration expertise (L3), and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Experience in all aspects of IT service management, SAP application experience, and ITIL awareness are desirable.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are required, along with a process-focused mindset and the ability to deliver on time and to requirements.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate a logical problem-solving approach, self-manage priorities and tasks, and be a team player adaptable to change.
• Other requirements include a creative and pragmatic problem-solving approach, multitasking abilities, proficiency in English, a positive working attitude, and the ability to work remotely.
