Description:

The IT Support Engineer (Oracle Cloud EPM Planning) will provide technical support for the FPNA system, which is used for budgeting and management reporting.
Responsibilities include performing administrative tasks within the system, such as troubleshooting errors, incidents, restoring system functionality, user administration, and fulfilling user requests.
The role involves configuring the FPNA system and creating operational reports from it.
The engineer will develop macros necessary for process automation within the system.
Monitoring metrics will be set up, and the engineer will control the execution of system backups.
The position requires submitting requests to Oracle Support and installing and testing new patches and updates for the FPNA system.
Interaction with system developers is essential to ensure task completion.
Participation in system development projects is also part of the role.

Requirements:

Knowledge of the principles of budgeting systems and management reporting is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in administering ERP systems is necessary.
Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, specifically with the Planning and Financial Consolidation and Close modules, is essential.
Strong skills in Oracle databases and proficiency in PL/SQL, including script writing and database object management, are required.
Familiarity with one of the main software products for working with Oracle databases, such as PL/SQL Developer or Toad, is needed.
Experience with Linux operating systems and skills in writing bash scripts are necessary.
A higher technical education in the field of information technology is required.
Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level (B2) is necessary.
