Description:

Truelogic is seeking an experienced IT Lead to join and lead their internal IT team in Bogota, Colombia.
The IT Lead will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, scalability, and security of digital services while guiding the team and aligning with the holding company’s IT strategy.
Key responsibilities include leading the internal IT department, managing team members and operations, setting up and overseeing digital services, planning and executing IT initiatives, and developing internal IT policies.
The IT Lead will also define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct audits for compliance, manage third-party IT service providers, and coordinate initiatives with the holding company’s IT team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a similar IT lead or management role.
A proven ability to manage tasks and timelines using tools like Jira or similar is required.
Strong experience in drafting and implementing IT policies and procedures is essential.
Hands-on experience with SaaS environments, particularly Google Workspace and Okta, is necessary.
Experience in managing service desk operations, ticket workflows, and reporting is required.
A solid understanding of the IT support and operations landscape is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
A strong understanding and commitment to data privacy, security, and compliance standards is required.
