Description:
The position is for an IT System Administrator and Helpdesk Support role based in the Philippines, with a work-from-home arrangement.
The salary ranges from P80,000 to P120,000 monthly.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST.
Responsibilities include managing the Helpdesk System, responding to customer support tickets, and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participation in digital transformation projects is expected, allowing for hands-on experience with new technologies and solutions.
Continuous learning and skill development through customer initiatives that enhance workplace productivity is encouraged.
Collaboration with the team to implement innovative IT solutions that improve customer operations is a key aspect of the job.
Accurate documentation of ticket resolutions and contributions to process improvements are required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 E5 technologies, including Exchange Online, InTune, Defender Suite, Compliance Centre, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
A minimum of 3+ years in SOC, SIEM, and EDR solutions, specifically with Microsoft Sentinel, SentinelOne, and ContraForce, is required.
Cybersecurity expertise, including knowledge of Essential Eight, NIST compliance, and security hardening, is essential.
Experience in network administration, including firewall configuration, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, TLS, and NAT, is necessary.
Candidates should have skills in remote access management, patching, and cyber hygiene practices.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and macOS is required.
Knowledge of DNS management and MSP industry tools is necessary.
Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills are preferred.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
Candidates should be trusted advisors with problem-solving and process analysis skills.
Experience with web applications, APIs, and PAM solutions is a plus.
