Remote IT System Administrator (Remote, IT Architecture, Active Directory, Migrations)

Description:

• The IT System Administrator will be responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure to support business processes and goals.
• They will maintain and optimize the interaction between servers and clients.
• Oversee the performance, integrity, and security of databases.
• Manage and configure Active Directory, including group policies and user permissions.
• Administer Windows domain environments and ensure seamless domain functionality.
• Perform detailed analysis and oversee workstation migrations within AD domains.
• Write and maintain clear, concise technical documentation.
• Request and manage user accesses and accounts.
• Reconfigure applications to meet new operational requirements.
• Provide hypercare support immediately after migrations to address any issues.
• Execute tasks autonomously, with minimal need for escalation.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of IT architecture, server-client relations, databases, Active Directory, and Windows domains.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the IT field.
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Service NOW.
• Familiarity with databases such as MSSQL and Oracle.
• Ability to perform thorough analysis and resolve complex IT issues.
• Proficient in writing clear, detailed technical documentation.
• Capable of working independently and efficiently without requiring constant supervision.
• Familiarity with GxP (Good Practice) guidelines is beneficial but not essential.
• Fluent English, German is nice to have.
• Candidates must declare a criminal record no older than 3 months.
