We are seeking a hands-on IT Operation Architect skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
The successful candidate will assist in developing the Corporate IT Operations architecture strategy, deliver strategic solutions, and provide last-level support for the IT Operations team.
Responsibilities include working closely with Security, DevOps, and Engineering teams, mentoring team members, and serving as a subject matter expert on cloud technologies and core systems.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology, and innovation roles.
A proven track record of delivering successful innovation projects and solutions is required.
Candidates should have 10+ years of experience with cloud computing technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), with one or more Cloud certifications being a plus.
Deep experience with GAM for Google Workspace is necessary.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, system thinking, and analytical skills are essential.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities are required.
Demonstrated experience with endpoint management via modern MDM platforms such as JAMF is needed.
Candidates must have expertise in managing Okta, including strong workflow experience and SKIM provisioning.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Atlassian products, specifically Jira and workflow automation, is required.
Previous experience supporting a startup environment is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate appropriately to varied levels of seniority is necessary.
Candidates must be able to support a global workforce with 24x5 support requirements, including on-call and off-hours work as needed.
Demonstrated thought leadership in the area of expertise is expected.
A desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible, and team-oriented environment while displaying a problem-solving orientation is essential.
