Remote IT Team Lead (Remote, System Administration, Full time, English)

Description:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals
• Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure to support business processes
• Ensure optimal interaction between servers and clients
• Supervise database performance, integrity, and security
• Administer and configure Active Directory and group policies
• Ensure seamless Windows domain functionality
• Conduct analyses and oversee workstation migrations
• Maintain clear, concise technical documentation
• Manage user accesses and accounts
• Supervise application reconfigurations
• Provide hypercare support post-migrations
• Balance independent task execution with team collaboration

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of IT architecture, server-client relations, databases, Active Directory, and Windows domains
• Minimum of five years of IT experience, with at least two years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Service NOW
• Familiarity with MSSQL and Oracle databases
• Ability to perform thorough analysis and resolve complex IT issues
• Proficient in writing clear technical documentation
• Independent and efficient work style
• Familiarity with GxP guidelines is beneficial
• Fluent in English
• Candidates must declare a criminal record no older than 3 months
