Description:

Devexperts is seeking a Java Backend Developer to join the Research & Development Team.
The role involves working on a leading trading platform in the USA with over 200,000 daily users.
Responsibilities include handling trading-related processes like order issuance, validation, and reconciliation.
Emphasis on high performance, low latency, and fault tolerance.
Code quality ensured through code reviews and various testing methods.
Work in a Scrum/Kanban environment using tools like Atlassian suite, Slack, TeamCity, Sonar, Docker, etc.
Collaborate with multicultural teams consisting of backend engineers, QAs, FEs, BAs, and others.
Tech stack includes Java 11+, Spring, Docker, PostgreSQL, among others.

Requirements:

Passion for Java coding.
Understanding of Java platform internals like threads, collections, and memory management.
Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
Ability to optimize, document, and test code thoroughly.
Willingness to see ideas through from concept to production.
Team player with a result-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
Proficiency in English (B1+) for multicultural team communication.
Nice-to-have: background in trading, concurrent programming, distributed systems, asynchronous communications, and Unix/Linux knowledge.
