Nisum is seeking a Java Backend Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the role.
The position is remote and open to candidates residing in Latin America.
Candidates should have proven experience in Java (minimum 4 years) and knowledge of Java 8 or higher, with a desirable certification in Java.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the development and design of Microservices is required.
Experience integrating Web Services SOAP and knowledge of API/Restful design is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in SpringBoot and solid knowledge of the Spring framework, including Spring Security.
Experience in NodeJS and knowledge of design patterns (Circuit Breaker, SAGA, Choreography, Orchestration) is required.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and experience with Kubernetes is expected.
Knowledge of agile work methodologies is essential.
Experience in version control using Git/Git-Flow and testing (unit, integration, and performance) is required.
Candidates should be familiar with Code Review practices (manual or automated) and have knowledge of DevOps culture and toolchain.
A proactive approach to security in development, including handling vulnerabilities and data security (cryptographic handling), is necessary.
Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools, knowledge of the SDLC, and understanding the risks associated with third-party libraries are required.
Requirements:
