Remote Java Developer (2-5 years experience)

Description:

• Multiple positions are available for Java developers to support US clients.
• This is a hands-on developer position requiring a deep understanding of Java.
• The resource will work as a Java developer to implement Access-Control and Identity Management solutions for large companies.
• The solutions include technology consulting, discovery and security risk assessments, implementation of best-of-the-breed solutions from leading vendors, customization, and ongoing maintenance support (both on-shore and off-shore).
• The company provides comprehensive custom solutions for identity management, including user-provisioning, directory services, virtual directories, meta-directory, single sign-on, access control, SAML, and WS-Security based identity federation, as well as portal and content management security.
• Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in J2EE technologies, including Servlets, JSP, EJB, JMS, JDBC, and JSF.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing web services and using web service frameworks is required.
• Familiarity with J2EE Frameworks such as Struts, Hibernate, SpringBoot, and Spring Security is essential.
• A clear understanding of web technologies and concepts, including HTML, Javascript, and Stylesheets, is necessary.
• Experience with version control tools like GIT or Subversion is required.
• Knowledge of web services and microservices architecture, specifically SOAP and Restful API, is a must.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XSD, and XPATH query, as well as XML parsers, is needed.
• Working knowledge of application servers like Websphere or Weblogic, HTTP servers, and LDAP is important.
• Experience in frontend development using ReactJS, NodeJS, or Angular is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Candidates should have a working knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, and/or Postgres.
