Description:

As a Java Developer, you will collaborate on mission-critical platforms by creating and enhancing innovative features.
You will design scalable systems, optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and develop high-quality software solutions that meet deadlines.
Your work will involve impactful backend technologies and new tools driven by business needs.
Responsibilities include developing features and enhancing functionality on advanced platforms, adapting and extending reusable components and libraries, and aiding with software rollout and production support.
You will propose and implement ideas for system improvements, design or upgrade software to meet quality and performance goals, and build scalable solutions to optimize data communication and backend processes.
Additionally, you will collaborate on enriching data with insightful correlations and enhancing user tools.

Requirements:

You must have 8-10+ years of Core Java development experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Strong experience with building high-throughput, low-latency, multithreaded systems is essential.
You should possess advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and synchronization techniques.
Expertise in Microservices architecture, Java Spring framework, and REST/websocket APIs is necessary.
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google, or Azure is required.
A background in working with Oracle, PL/SQL, Cassandra, Redis, or Kafka is a plus.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills for issue troubleshooting are important.
You should have expertise with performance-oriented system development principles.
