Description:

BillingPlatform is seeking a talented engineer to assist in the growth and success of their high-volume cloud billing platform.
This Java developer will bring strong, independent problem-solving skills, a background in microservice-oriented architecture, and a motivation to contribute to the third-party connector team.
Responsibilities will include supporting new development efforts and legacy implementations.
The solution provides billing services to customers across the globe, ensuring that their critical billing functions remain stable and perform as expected.
Responsibilities include developing clean and well-tested code, participating actively in scheduled team meetings and agile development processes, executing performance, load, and scaling analysis for the solutions being implemented, encouraging others to follow good development practices, actively participating in constructive code review processes, and assisting in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for the team.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Java 8 and above is required.
Familiarity with the Java Server stack, including Servlet API and JSP, is necessary.
Experience with SOAP/REST methodologies is essential.
Knowledge of the Spring Framework ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, is required.
Understanding of messaging systems such as ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, and Kafka is necessary.
Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and their services, with a preference for AWS, is required.
Experience in working with microservices and microservice architecture is essential.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is required.
Netsuite knowledge will be an added advantage.
Skills in troubleshooting and performance management of software applications are necessary.
Expertise in creating architectural and design patterns is required.
Candidates must be based in Serbia.
