We are currently in search of an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems that meet the needs of our diverse set of clients.
You will develop and maintain robust backend applications using Java and related frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
You will write high-quality, maintainable code and conduct peer code reviews.
You will identify and troubleshoot performance issues and optimize existing applications.
You will integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
You will participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
You will stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to improve our development processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles is required.
Hands-on experience with Java, Springboot, AWS, and Kafka is necessary.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is essential.
Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and experience with ORM tools is required.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically are necessary.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are required.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
